Breath becomes shorter, movement turns mechanical, energy stagnates or scatters.<\/p>\n
You may still be moving, but no longer in tune with that deep pulse that has always moved through us.<\/b><\/p>\n
You may find it hard to let go, to surrender, to feel part of a rhythm<\/b> greater than yourself.<\/p>\n

- Bodily expression<\/b> without steps or technique<\/li>\n
- Group energy<\/b>, presence, and connection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Although the movement leaves space for personal expression, the practice is guided, supported by rhythm, clear cues, and the structure of the group. Furthermore, this is not about \u201cdancing well.\u201d It is about releasing what is held inside, and restoring vitality, strength, and grounding.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>I am joining this rhythmic experience!<\/span><\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>What is Primitive Expression?<\/b><\/h3>\n\nPrimitive Expression is a collective movement practice rooted in rhythm, repetition, and simple, powerful gestures. It draws inspiration from traditional and ancestral dances and was developed in France by France Schott-Billmann, building on the work of Hern\u00e2ni Duplan and the heritage of Afro-Caribbean dances.<\/p>\n
This practice invites a return to essential, instinctive, and shared movement, where the body expresses itself beyond words and rhythm becomes a common language.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
