Terms and Conditions

(A) Your registration will be complete when we have received the payment for a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the retreat value. (B) Refund policy: 80% deposit refund for cancellation until MAY 1st, 2026, 50% deposit refund for cancellation between MAY 2nd and JUNE 1st, 2026. 0% deposit refund for cancellation between JUNE 2nd, 2026 and the retreat starting date. You can also transfer your spot to another person. (C) This retreat requires a minimum number of participants; if this goal is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, refunding 100% of the payment made by the registered participants. (D) Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended whenever making travel plans. Keep in mind that once your trip payments become non-refundable as delineated in our cancellation policy above, there will be NO refunds, and you will need to report your cancellation to your trip cancellation insurance provider for reimbursement. That is fully your responsibility.
