YOU’RE NOT SEEKING AN “AYAHUASCA EXPERIENCE.”
but a TRANSFORMATION THAT BECOMES YOUR LIFE

In this FREE LIVE ONLINE GATHERING you will learn why you have to prepare your body and nervous system for plant medicine (and more specifically Ayahuasca), and how to truly integrate and embody its teachings.
You’re not searching for a trip, a high, or a story. You are here because you feel something calling you…a pull toward deeper truth and alignment.
Maybe you have already touched profound insight — through ceremony, therapy, nature, breath, or life itself, and now you long:
- To embody the insights
- To anchor the clarity
- To bring the healing into your relationships, your choices, your daily actions
This is the longing of someone who is no longer chasing the peak — but devoted to the integration.
But here is the true:
Without somatic grounding before and after a ceremony, even the most beautiful experience stays a memory – or worse, it can dysregulate the system and create confusion instead of healing.
When the body participates, the vision can become reality and the whole journey becomes safer, more regulated, and more transformative.
In this FREE LIVE ONLINE GATHERING you will learn why you have to prepare your body and nervous system for plant medicine (and more specifically Ayahuasca), and how to truly integrate and embody its teachings.
What’s inside this session
Together we will explore:
✔ Why preparation matters — psychologically, emotionally, physically and spiritually
✔ How the nervous system shapes your experience before, during, and after ceremony
✔ What actually happens in the psyche during plant medicine journeys
✔ Why some ceremonies open healing — and why others destabilize
✔ The difference between vision and integration
✔ Why emotional capacity matters more than mystical experience
✔ How trauma and unfinished experiences can resurface in ceremony
✔ The role of context, safety, and trust in deep work
✔ Why “just drinking the medicine” is not enough
✔ The mindset that leads to true transformation, not chaos or confusion
Lara’s relationship with the medicine came slowly, softly, and with great respect. She did not rush toward the ceremony — she listened to her body, and waited until it felt safe, aligned, and true.
Her work is rooted in movement, nervous-system awareness, and trauma-sensitive space holding.
She helps others build capacity, safety, and sensitivity, so that when the moment comes, the medicine can land in the body.
Her path holds those who feel called but want to proceed with care, grounding, and attunement.
For Diego, the path with ayahuasca arrived as an undeniable truth — a deep remembering, a homecoming coded in his bones. He walks this path with humility, devotion, and reverence for ancestral tradition and for the land that taught him.
Diego brings grounded presence, integrity, and a quiet strength
that helps people feel safe, held, and supported in the unknown.
His path holds those who feel a strong calling and are ready to step into the work with courage and trust.
We co-created Fuente Alegre, a retreat center built with intention, where we welcome people into experiences of simplicity, depth, and connection.
Ps: We do not serve medicine. The plant ceremonies we are accompanying are held by a dedicated and experienced Taita (shaman) from the Amazon, who carry this medicine with tradition, prayer, and lineage.
