Hi, I am Lara!

I grew up in the countryside of Belgium, but it was only after moving to Colombia and living close to the land that I began to feel at home in myself.

My path has been shaped by both challenge and healing—trauma, postpartum depression, and the slow journey back through movement, breath, and nature. Dance has been my language since childhood, and today I share somatic practices that help others reconnect with their bodies, their intuition, and the earth beneath them.

With my partner Diego, I co-created Fuente Alegre, a retreat space built by hand with bamboo and earth, where we welcome people into experiences of simplicity, depth, and connection. My work is gentle and trauma-aware, inviting you to soften, to listen, and to remember yourself through body and nature.
