Terms and Conditions

(A) Your registration will be complete when we have received the payment for a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the retreat value. The balance is due in full by DECEMBER 1st, 2025 (B) Refund policy: 60% deposit refund for cancellation before October 1st, 30% deposit refund for cancellation between October 2nd and November 1st. 0% deposit refund for cancellation between November 2nd, 2025 and the retreat starting date. You can also transfer your spot to another person. (C) Fuente Alegre reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, force majeure, etc.), which may impede trip operations. The refund of all payments as described shall release Fuente Alegre from any liability. In any event, Fuente Alegre’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount you paid to Fuente Alegre. (D) Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended whenever making travel plans. Keep in mind that once your trip payments become non-refundable as delineated in our cancellation policy above, there will be NO refunds, and you will need to report your cancellation to your trip cancellation insurance provider for reimbursement. That is fully your responsibility.
