Where Body, Nature & Connection Flow Together

June 13-14, 2026

Cocorná, Ant, Colombia

If you long to feel more free and alive in your body, to move without overthinking and reconnect with a natural sense of flowJoin us for a 2-day immersive weekend, where movement, nature, and shared experiences invite you back into your body and into connection.

Through movement/dance, music, kundalini yoga, cacao ritual, and time in nature, you’ll be guided to soften, open, and reconnect with what feels natural and alive within you.

Imagine…

Arriving in a secluded place, surrounded by nature: no roads, just the sounds of water, wind, and life all around you… A space open to the mountains and the river, where you can first slow down, breathe more deeply, and step out of your daily rhythm…

You will then let your body unwind through conscious movement and yoga, share simple moments, feel the warmth of the group…

Enjoying what’s there… good food, fresh air and water, music, nature, and being together…

This weekend is for you if…

  • Jam around the fire with music and shared moments
  • A simple, flowing rhythm between activity and rest

Your sanctuary for this week end

Welcome to Fuente Alegre, a sanctuary where nature holds you, and simplicity becomes a path to depth.

Fuente Alegre (meaning “The Source of Joy” in Spanish) is where our journey unfolds. To reach it, you’ll walk 7–10 minutes along a scenic trail, a gentle and symbolic transition from the outside world into a sacred space.

Fuente Alegre is a family-led project, lovingly created and hand-built with natural materials by Lara and Diego. The heart of the retreat is our open-air ceremonial and movement platform with panoramic views of the mountains, where you’ll sit around the fire, breathe in movement, and connect with presence. Just a few steps away, the river calls.

Feeling the call to stay longer?

If you’d like to remain in the space and continue in your own rhythm, you’re welcome to extend your stay. Additional nights are offered on a donation basis — simply reach out to us.

Our team

Lara

Somatic Coach, Dance Therapist & Yoga Teacher

I’m a somatic coach, dance therapist, and yoga teacher, and my work invites a deep reconnection with the body through movement, breath, and nature.

Trained in Belgium and France, my path has been shaped by both study and lived experience. Like many, life’s challenges led me to explore deeper ways of listening and healing — a journey that brought me back to the body as a place of intelligence, intuition, and transformation.

With over 25 years of experience in dance, movement became my language and my medicine — a way to reconnect, express, and come back into alignment with the natural rhythm of life.

Now based in Colombia, I co-created a nature-based retreat space where I share embodied practices rooted in presence, connection, and simplicity. My approach weaves somatic awareness, expressive movement, nervous system regulation, and guided exploration in a way that is both gentle and deeply grounding.

My sessions create a space where you can move beyond performance and expectation — into presence, authenticity, and connection with yourself, others, and the living world around you.

Janna

Ceremonial DJ, musician and yoga teacher

My name is Janna, I am a mother, surfer, music lover and world traveller.

I am an internationally experienced yoga teacher, ecstatic dance facilitator, and retreat guide with over a decade of practice and teaching experience across Costa Rica, Guatemala, México, Colombia, Jamaica, Canada, and Europe. Trained in Hatha-Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yoga for Surfers and prenatal/postnatal yoga.

My approach is dynamic, intuitive, and deeply rooted in embodiment. I weave together movement, breathwork, sound, and ritual to create transformative experiences that are both grounding and expansive.

I am a ceremonial DJ with a passion for singing and playing guitar, creator of ANAKĀY — a project inspired by Quechua wisdom, meaning to experience the ecstasy of being.

My DJ sets are immersive journeys that awaken the body through movement, blending psychedelic, tribal, and organic rhythms with deep, sensual bass – i also often have live music in my journeys like drums, trumpet and vocals

My work is devoted to awakening vitality, joy, and the innate wisdom of the body — blending yoga, dance, music, and nature into a holistic expression of aliveness. Whether through a DJ set, ceremony, or class, I would love to invite you into a space where happiness becomes healing, and the body remembers its natural state of freedom, connection, and ecstatic presence.

I love to share what has healed me and keeps bringing me into deep states of joyful calm presence ~

A weekend to reconnect with the natural flow of life — flowing with the movement of your body, the rhythm of music, the warmth of the fire, the softness of the water, the openness of nature, and the quiet presence of shared moments…
